Laxmiis a milkmaid of the Zaminder of Chandanpur. She loves Kanchanwho is the son of this Zaminder family. They love each other but Kanchan's parents do not accept their love. In the meantime Laxmi's family arranged her marriage. Kanchan&Laxmi try to escape from the village but they are separated from each other. Kanchan become blind and someone recues Laxmi. AtlastLaxmi return to Kanchan&he get back his eyesight. Kanchan's parents apologize to Laxmi& accept their relation.
