With illegal prescription drug use becoming quite apparent in the community, this attracts the attention of a vengeful narcotics detective, who wishes to see all of the dealers who killed his family avenged. Bodies of dead teenagers complicate things even further, and push the boundaries of everyone involved to limits they had no idea existed.
