- A. VarsakelisJune 14, 2025Good action movie. Had lots of jump scares that got me every time. It is a zombie movie so it is an over the top tech driven story, and it good. Lots of action and fight suspense. It was fun to watch!
- RipLinesManApril 8, 2025Resident Evil: Apocalypse wants the intensity of Event Horizon (1997), but swaps Dr. Weir’s unhinged descent for a flatly-written Alice who solves every problem with a kick and a squint. Captain Miller wrestled with cosmic damnation while Jill Valentine wrestles with bad dialogue, and Nemesis, meant to be terrifying, has all the menace of a clunky fridge compared to the raw, soul-ripping terror of the gravity drive. Where Event Horizon made hell feel personal, Apocalypse just makes it feel like Tuesday in a bad video game adaptation.
