I just watched Ralph Breaks the Internet and I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. As a sequel to Wreck-It Ralph, this movie had a lot to live up to, and honestly, it does a great job. It brings back the heart and humor of the first movie while expanding the world in a really creative and fun way. It is fast, colorful, emotional, and packed with clever jokes and pop culture references. John C. Reilly and Sarah Silverman are perfect once again as Ralph and Vanellope. Their friendship is the core of the movie and it feels even deeper this time around. Ralph is still the big lovable wrecking machine who just wants to keep his best friend close, while Vanellope is starting to wonder if maybe there is something more out there for her. The way the movie explores their relationship gives it a lot of emotional weight, and it is done really well. The concept of exploring the internet is super creative. Everything from online games to search engines to pop up ads is turned into a living, animated world. They did an awesome job making the internet feel like a real city, full of different areas and characters. You see things like trending videos, online shopping, and social media all turned into hilarious situations, and it makes for some really cool visuals. The humor is on point. There are tons of jokes that work for kids but also a lot of references and moments that adults will definitely catch and laugh at. One of the best scenes involves Vanellope meeting the Disney princesses, and it is absolutely hilarious. The way the movie pokes fun at Disney itself while still being a Disney movie is genius. The animation is stunning. Every frame is full of detail, movement, and energy. The internet world is huge and vibrant, and the new characters introduced along the way look awesome. The online racing game Slaughter Race, for example, is gritty and fast paced but still fits into the overall tone of the movie. There is also a surprising amount of heart. The movie is not just about exploring a bigger world, it is about how friendships change and how people grow. Ralph’s journey is about letting go, learning to support the people he loves even if it means change. That message really lands, and it gives the movie a meaningful emotional center that hits even harder than the first film. The reason I give it 4.5 instead of a full 5 is just because a few parts of the movie feel a little too focused on being trendy. Some of the internet jokes are great, but a few already feel a little dated. It does not ruin the movie at all, but there are moments where it feels like it is trying too hard to be current. Still, the story, the characters, the animation, and the humor all come together in a really strong sequel. It builds on the first movie without repeating it, and it takes Ralph and Vanellope’s friendship to a new place that feels real and earned. Overall Ralph Breaks the Internet is a funny, emotional, and visually awesome movie that hits way harder than you might expect. It is a great sequel with a lot of heart, and I really loved watching it.

This movie is not good but drunk me last night really loved pointing at everything because that's what this movie is about. Like OMG Sonic, Ryu, A TRON REFERENCE I FORGOT ABOUT? Oh and then immediately after all that it just becomes really dumb. The message at the end is fine but that's about it

    Surprisingly enjoyable but predictable.
I do like the concept too, especially how takes a jab at social media narcissism.

John C Reilly is amazing in anything, unfortunately the might of a single man isn't enough to carry what is probably the worst pixar film.
