Pastor Arthur Allen Jr. (Rashaan Matthews) of the infamous House of Prayer in Atlanta Georgia, decides to take his years of experience of manipulation, gambling and street hustling to the pulpit. He later discovers a boy Mathias "Matt" Hardeman (Vincent Ramirez) to force and groom into taking up his sinister, unsophisticated and unethical ways.
