The pacing of the movie is really weird - over half of it is very very slow , and then only picks up in the second half. I honestly don’t know what else to say beyond really disappointing.

It is slow, suffocating, and utterly devoid of the spark that made the original series worth watching. It proves that some blinders are best kept on, especially if they save you from having to endure this hollow, meaningless dirge. By the time the credits finally roll, a relief so profound it feels like being released from prison... you are left with the crushing realisation that this was a vanity project. It exists not to tell a necessary final chapter, but to give its star and creator a chance to indulge in a feature-length victory lap. Avoid.
