Where to Watch PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie
- Yasmin Santos OliveiraSeptember 6, 2026The Mighty Pups series is wonderful, but this movie is even better. I loved how Paramount wanted to show children that being small doesn't make you weak. Skye is very strong and we see that. My biggest fear was when she faced that meteor, but she's so strong that Ryder's words woke her up.

- MrTrivetJanuary 28, 2026PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie doesn’t work as well as the pups’ first big-screen outing. The TV series has always had a predictable, formulaic structure, which seems to carry over into this film - though for younger viewers, this is unlikely to be a problem. The biggest disappointment for me is the “cosmic upgrade” of the scale of events and the characters’ abilities. What was once a charming allegory for children’s fascination with emergency services now loses its authenticity. The appeal of the Paw Patrol has always been that, despite their apparent ordinariness - just cute talking puppies with handy tools - they could solve problems. In this new film, their uniqueness seems to rely entirely on cosmic powers, without which they appear helpless, which for me is the complete antithesis of the original concept of the series. Thankfully, the animation remains at the same high level as in the first film, providing plenty of visual enjoyment.
