Parthan is loved by all his villagers as he works for the welfare of the people. He is constantly in disagreement with his uncle, but falls in love with his daughter, unaware that she has a hidden agenda. A new friend, Madhavan, comes to the aid of Parthan. Their adventures together form the rest of the story and a surprising climax.
