Out of My Mind Ratings & Reviews
- SteadyZachApril 4, 2026Wow what a great movie. Made this 6'2 36 y.o man cry like a happy baby. Really recommend.

- Jean SeanJanuary 15, 2026The picture gets blurry very early on in the film and remains that way throughout. I had trouble getting the picture to clear up until I began wiping the tears from my eyes. A movie made for children to humanize and inspire those with disabilities should not be making me cry as much as I did. It's such a beautiful film that I recommend everyone watch. The most upsetting part about this film was that it was thrown on streaming with no care or promotion instead of getting a proper theatrical release. These are the kinds of stories we need more of.
- Misch0816December 2, 2025a movie for the heart!
- HakihikoDecember 16, 2024A Tale of Perseverance and Voice "Out of My Mind" is a heartfelt film that combines inspiring performances with a thoughtful message about inclusion and resilience. Phoebe-Rae Taylor's portrayal of Melody Brooks, a nonverbal girl navigating the challenges of expressing herself in a world that often underestimates her, is both moving and authentic. Jennifer Aniston's narration as Melody's inner voice adds a poignant layer, making the character's emotional journey deeply relatable. The film shines in its ability to balance heavy themes with moments of joy and triumph, emphasizing the importance of seeing beyond physical limitations to recognize true potential. While the narrative occasionally veers into predictable territory, the sincerity of its storytelling and the chemistry among the cast compensate for these minor flaws. "Out of My Mind" may not redefine the genre, but it successfully delivers a powerful message about perseverance and self-expression.
