- Abel18842026年2月24日The movie is good, even though it skips many parts. In my opinion, the adaptation of the manhwa of the same name is well done. Hope they do the next part soon.
- Patrick Wai2026年1月14日The movie is not everyone. As one reviewer noted, it's a mixture of Train to Busan, Squid Games, and Hunger Games. Actually the comparison is unfair - the Director wasn't trying to remake or even mimic any of those films. Omniscient Reader is basically a life-action manga movie but with a nod to anyone who's enjoys DnD or RPGs. How often when you were playing any of those games did you wonder what it would be like if you yourself become one of the characters? This story explores that, and in a very clever way. I would give the film 5/10 if compared to something like Train to Busan or Snowpiercer. But interpreted as the Director wanted it: a solid 9. Having your life suddenly turned into a video game? Priceless.
