Nirmala Machindra Kamble
Directed by Chandrakant JoshiInept and corrupt police are called to investigate the homicide of the ousted Sarpanch of Ambedkar Nagar, Anandrao Patil, allegedly by Machindra Kamble, a B.A. passed peon-turned-Sarpanch, who is absconding, leaving behind his wife, Nirmala, and a son, Babu, who is not able to speak. Strangely enough Anandrao's wife is also missing and is untraceable, while a retired teacher, Shyamrao Kamble, after experiencing bureaucratic apathy, stages a hunger-fast until the killer is brought to justice.
