Directed by Aurélio TeixeiraFriends Didi and Dedé help the singer César Silva (Sílvio César) to succeed in the artistic world. The singer performs on the television freshman show "A hora da Buzina", presented by Chacrinha, competes in the Brazilian Popular Song Festival, presented by Wilton Franco, and falls in love with the daughter of a record label owner. But despite all his success he has to face the pitfalls of a vicious playboy, interested in marrying the girl for the money.
