Hunter Williams' so called friend Andrea Davis urgently need blood after car crash.. he ask his friend Madison Evans to help him as she also have the same blood group as Andrea.. (he would get free blood.. as he didn't want to spend money on it) Madison who had been madly in love with Hunter for 16 years agree on one condition that he will have to marry her first. Hunter agree but shows his ugliest side of him after marriage. After 4 years of marriage Madison learns she has stage four gastric cancer. Madison decides to get a divorce.. Hunter was not happy with it and force himself on her countless. One day when Madison faints Hunter gets scared/Worried.. (we don't know if it's LOVE or worried that Andrea won't get FREE BLOOD.. if anything happens to Madison) Andrea was a big fraud who only wanted Hunter's money.. she had been lying to him ever since they met.. One day when Madison visits orphanage she meet a guy named Austin.. his way of talk reminds her of Hunter when they were kids.. Madison gets pregnant but decides not to keep the child as she doesn't know if she will survive to give birth to the baby.. Hunter gets stabbed while saving Madison.. he get hospitalized.. he hereby learns that it was Madison not Andrea who saved him from drowning 6 years ago. Madison is kidnapped on Andrea's order.. before dying she learns that Austin was the guy she loved since childhood and not Hunter.. At THE END we see Hunter shocked seeing Madison unconscious tied to the chair with blood coming out of her mouth. He runs towards her... he bends down on knees and places his hands on her cheeks but she is gone.. she leaves the world hating Hunter with whole heart..
