One day the mayor decides to go with a couple of townspeople to go up the hill and tell the weird man to leave. When they get there, the people start to like the man, who started singing to them and scaring the mayor. The mayor finally gets too terrified and flees, and the people come to know the man and realize that he isn't bad after all.
