- Ray HopkinFebruary 11, 2026I went into this expecting one of Dolphs usual action tests where I can switch the old noggin off for a wee while, and while this is that, it's surprisingly more than that, it has some good commentary about colonialism, and has some good reflective moments. All this while still making it a great addition to the 90s action genre. The cast is awesome, with Goddard producing one of the most over the top villains ever! I do have a soft spot for Dolph, ever since I won a competition on BBC Radio Wales back in 1995, where I won VHS copies of Red Scorpion and The Punisher. I find him just as watchable as Arnie or Sly. So, if you are a fan of Dolph, 90s action movies, or over the top villains and violence, I highly recommend this.
