I can understand why is not a movie for everyone. Slow rhythm, not straightforward, plays with the viewer, not so direct characters. But the same unusual points are the ones that makes this movie so peculiar.

Ok. I was only interested in one scene—and knowing me, whoever is reading this will know what scene that was. I’m gonna go watch the How to Train Your Dragon live-action remake in theaters. Then, after that, I’m gonna watch Antichrist and play Death Stranding. That’s a good Tuesday for me—a really good one. And then we’re all gonna start 𝓖𝓸𝓸𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰. I couldn’t take Claire seriously because I’ve seen nymphomaniac. Great opening though.

Slow burn but worth it. You think Von Trier can't top the opening sequence but ... well, maybe he does.

Very mediocre. I'm not into the melancholy of the whole thing. Could have been a little more to get me to understand everyone's motivations in their behaviors. It was a struggle to maintain my attention to what was going on...

This movie is good if you pretend to be artsy and like movies that make you sleepy.

Interesting and scary, though very artsy fartsy. Camera shakes too much and it's a bit distracting.
