    Masterminds is one of the most underrated comedies, which is often the case with Jerrod Hess films. Every character brings something hilarious to the table, with Zach Galifianakis delivering one of his most delightfully absurd performances—arguably his best. The film embraces its bizarre, real-life inspiration with gleeful ridiculousness, turning a true crime story into a wonderfully offbeat and entertaining ride.
