It was so sad, I cried and laughed but at the end I sighed 1- because Jo got what she wanted with being a writer and 2- how could Laurie show up and be like wassup how’ve ya been in the last 7 years oh yea did I forget to mention me and ur sister are engaged!? 😒 (3- because it was finally over) but with that the little women was a perfect but sad but happy but shallow movie that I will now remember.
- cultfilmlikerNovember 25, 2025Never had anyone close die; can’t relate Jo’s right - the story was a little boring ngl Laura Dern is just the best. Bob was a welcome surprise, too! A lot of wonderful sets and costume design!! Extremely cheery and sappy as intended! Just not really my thing! I did enjoy the meta bits most! Unsure if that was part of the story or a Gerwig addition but yeah, big fan! I NEED MORE IRL COMPANIONSHIP ugh would be awesome to not be politically isolated from the rest of the family but that’s the cost of being from a Catholic family in Kansas!
