In a watery and eerily silent wilderness, children frolic in the waves. Nothing can disturb their peace until a mysterious stranger, a boy unlike any other, appears out of nowhere. As mixed feelings of apprehension and reticence consume the young companions, a haunting question looms large over everyone's minds. Does the taciturn, pale newcomer have something to do with the sad finding washed up on the beach?
