Lilies of the Field
Directed by Alexander KordaMildred Harker suffers a messy divorce, framed by her husband; she loses custody of her daughter. She descends into the world of jazz nightclubs, where she takes a job as a singer, and then turns into a gold-digger, eventually being arrested for vagrancy.
