The story although generic is driven by deep emotion and the revenge builds to make the most violent of crescendos ultimately satisfying…even to the most pacifistic! A lost gem! Watch it and love it!

- Chris C10 maart 2025It's certainly not a perfect movie, but "Life After Fighting" is a very impressive product for first-time writer and director Bren Foster (who also stars in the lead role). The plot can certainly be a bit cliched in places and there were a couple of uncomfortable tropes used, but those never quite rose to the level of interfering with the enjoyment of the film. And there's a lot to enjoy here, particularly the last act, where the meat of the action happens. It's a bruising, punishing final act where our hero gets to give the bad guys what they richly deserve. The fight choreography is very good and it's clear to see that not only Bren Foster, but the entire team really put their heart into this movie. Don't miss this one for a great, entertaining action flick.
