Jean-Nicolas Verreault breaks down the taboos surrounding men's psychological distress with testimonials from Patrick Huard, Patrick Senécal, Hugo Giroux, Denis Bernard, Fabrice Vil and Étienne Galloy. In Montreal (Canada), one man in five is said to be in serious psychological distress, and 75% of those who commit suicide are men. The comedian therefore wants to understand why men don't talk, what their issues are, and above all, how to intervene with them to give them the tools they need to deal with the most difficult moments. As the father of three young girls, Jean-Nicolas also wonders about their future and the men who will cross their paths.
