The Ghostly Rental
Directed by Robert EnricoFanning, a young student, is taking a leisurely walk in the country; when he comes across an abandoned house owned by a little old man named Captain Diamond. He befriends the old man and learns that the house is haunted by the man's daughter, whose death he had caused. Complications ensue.
