Jiro Sakamoto, the brother of Kinsaku, is a section worker who does everything at Shonan City Hall. My father died in battle and my mother died from a typhoon. At that time Jiro was 16 years old and Kinsaku was 8 years old. Jiro went to Tokyo by taking the hand of Kinsaku, and after a hard time, he sent him to college. Jiro is terrified because he believes that the world is money.
