Katja and the Angel

Granny is visiting 7-year old Katja. They make Christmas decorations and tell each other stories, but suddenly Granny becomes ill and has to be taken to hospital. Soon after Katja is visited by an invisible angel that moves into her ear. Katja can't see the angel, because only those people who are going to die can see angels and ony the ones who need them can hear them speak.
