In the Northern Song Dynasty, the country suffered from the disturbance from the foreign army at the northern frontier. Internally, due to the drought, people had a poor harvest. Many crimes occurred. During this period, there's an unusual phenomenon in the sky. A purple moon was hanging in the sky. In the name of Purple Moon, a gang of villains committed crimes everywhere. Bao Zheng was ordered to investigate the crime gang strictly. Criminal cases were cracked one after another. In the end, the purple moon in the sky disappeared. Bao Zheng and Zhanzhao joined hands and eliminated the gang of Purple Moon, making the country at peace again.
