This film covers the history of primarily anti African Canadian racism in Canada. While Canada has a proud reputation of being a haven from American racism, the racism it has itself was subtler and almost as terrible with openly allowed segregation and discrimination. Yet as this film shows, there were brave people who refused to put up with this deplorable situation and we follow their civil rights challenges up to the 1950s to change it.
