Inheritance Ratings & Reviews
- remiiJanuary 11, 2026A spy action movie shot with iPhones. It’s dynamic, unsettling at time and you have to give credits to Dynevor for experimenting new grounds and for wearing little make up while shot up close. In the beginning the camera work can feel inquisitive and it can make you feel dizzy but as the plot thickens it brings some dogma 95 vibes : authenticity, natural light very little to no post, fresh takes. An ambitious journey. The daughter chasing an abandoning father is a little light as a backstory but it sort of work. Some details don’t stand like a lonely woman walking the street peacefully in a place like India and Égypt but if you forgive those you manage to spend a nice time.
- Oʂɯαʅԃσ RσყҽƚƚMarch 9, 2025Burger keeps things moving with a vérité point-of-view that sometimes makes it feel like the camera is the one doing the spying.
