Unable to escape, mother and son are forced, for the first time, to confront their hostile relationship and explore the secrets and lies that haunt their past. As the deadly hurricane intensifies outside, an equally destructive tempest escalates inside until, both figuratively and literally, mother and son are likely to be torn apart.
