Hudson Hawk Ratings & Reviews
- StreetterOctober 25, 2025This was one of the most enjoyable movies for me as a kid! I memorized Swing On A Star because of this movie.
- Peter BickfordAugust 1, 2025Silly, forgettable fluff, but amiable enough. A perfect time capsule of 1990s TV-grade adventure.
- ChrisDecember 29, 2024“If the Mario brothers weren’t New Jersey’s third-largest Crime family, I’d say “kiss my ass.” But considering your status, I’ll say, “slurp my butt.” - Hudson Hawk Just a Crazy, fun film. ☕️🗿⌛️
- GBWestOctober 15, 2024If you are looking for a fun and silly action film from that golden 1980's and 1990's crossover period then consider Hudson Hawk. This movie doesn't take itself to seriously and stars an ensemble cast. There are some great one liners delivered by Andy McDowell, Bruce Willis and the cast, such as "What does the color blue taste like? Bobo knows." I think that when most people saw Bruce Willis was attached to this film they thought it would be a non-stop action thrill ride of a film, to their disappointment. Hudson Hawk is about a cat burgler named Eddie "Hudson Hawk" Hawkins that gets out of jail with only two goals in mind, going straight and a cup of cappuccino. Instead he gets ubducted and sent down the rabbit hole of a crazy caper for world domination. This is a fun watch as long as you can accept that it is intended to be tounge in cheek and not a serious action flick.
