Directed by E.A. MartinElla Walton, like many another brave sister of her time, through the loss of her soldier sweetheart, drifts into the realm of the lovable old maid, who devotes all her time and lavishes all her affection on the infant child of a dead brother. Unfortunately, this child, after coming to manhood, became a drunkard, who broke the heart and caused the death of his aunt. The drift of the drama is that she returns in spirit and through her guiding influence, causes him to break away from the slavery of drink, become a man again and return to the love of a beautiful girl, who had abandoned him on account of his debauchery.
