A barren women living in a puritan community bearing the shame of being childless and suffering from village judgement and all sorts of cretins offering to impregnate her willingly or unwillingly with something creepy lurking in the woods. Comparisons, unfairly, to The Witch, are inevitable given it's style but it's very much its own film. Worth checking out!
