    While “Harriet” tells the incredible story of one of America’s greatest heroes, it occasionally feels reminiscent of a Hallmark Channel production. Despite strong performances, Harriet Tubman deserves a film that matches her remarkable legacy, and this one doesn’t quite hit the mark. It’s a worthwhile story, but it could have benefitted from a more polished approach.
