Friedrich managed to delay getting his driver's license for 40 years, but his objections to the course booked by his wife melt away when he meets foxy instructor Eva, whom he fancies enough to flunk the exam just to resume the course with her. A mild injury on a family driving excursion finally leads to a truth-time rendezvous with Eva.
