Directed by Kantilal DaveAaisaheb Pathwardhan wants his widowed son Shyam a top lawyer to re marry she finds a prospective bride for her in Aarti whose very loving and caring.Aaisaheb's now only dreams of marrying her lovable daughter Uma to a prospective groom and has a condition that her husband will be living in her palatial house.Her first choice is Shyam's friend Vaman who rejects the proposal as he does not want to stay in their house after marriage.Aaisaheb then fixes Uma's marriage with Ramesh whose nephew of Mamasaheb who agrees to all her conditions.But Ramesh is not whom he claims to be and is a con man who creates drift in the family.
