Genius depicts three days in the unconventional existence of Alana Gruber, a world famous Opera Soprano that returns to her home town, after a life long absence, to perform in a charity event. This young woman, sometimes charming, sometimes obnoxious, has chosen to live her life as if performing on stage, making all events revolving around her, as dramatic, romantic, epic, comic and operatic as Opera itself.
