General Toptygin
Directed by Ivan UfimtsevAt the fair, the artists (a buffoon and a bear in a cap and medals) give a performance, ridiculing the general, for which they are immediately expelled from the city. Late in the evening, the artists are picked up by a man on a sleigh and taken to the nearest tavern. While people are warming up and having dinner, the bear guards the cart, but accidentally scares the horses, and they take off, carrying him away from the owner and the coachman.
