The villagers are not interested in any development. One day a 75 year old retired school Teacher arrives in the village to start the school.Initially no one responds to his call and so he decides to leave. But one illiterate who desires to become literate stops the retired school teacher from leaving the village. Then a beautiful and young guest of the retired school teacher arrives in the village which changes the scene dramatically.
