A TV team has for the first time followed life at Denmark's best secured institution, Kofoedsminde. Here is a group of people with disabilities indefinitely because they have committed murder, abuse of minors, violence and arson. But according to the Criminal Code they cannot be punished because they don't understand what they have done.
