Where to Watch Flee
- Kevin WardJuly 14, 2025Flee is an incredibly moving story of the plight of one Afghan refugee. Amin Nawabi recounts his his personal experiences, in some cases, for the first time ever. The animation works well to fill out the visual medium in what would otherwise, be an in-depth podcast. In that way, I don’t think the animation adds much to Amin’s story, but it certainly doesn’t detract from it either. Emotionally moving and a stark reminder that sometimes freedom comes at an immeasurable cost.
