Fish Tank Ratings & Reviews
- Nicholas FlorioNovember 29, 2025Starts kind of messy but it becomes very clear the longer you watch. The lead portrays her character very well. They director does a good job of conveying the desperate nature of females growing in the midst of poverty in Western Culture. All in all, it was a pretty good movie.
- BurnharmApril 11, 2026Fish Tank (2009) felt like a time machine back to my youth. It’s a really uncomfortable film at times, but also deeply moving. It gives a raw and honest picture of life in England’s housing estates, and that realism is what makes it so powerful.
