April 2026Um they should have called this Wrestling with My Family amirite Never took Stephen Merchant for a WWE fan Giving a no name newcomer an immediate title shot (AND A WIN!?) on an episode of Raw?? Okay, yeah, totally “…dreaming of this since I was 13.” Lady, you’re barely 20. Calm down Lena Headey being with Nick Frost is hillllarious And Florence Pugh is supposed to be ugly and bad looking in a bikini??? The cameos were just a bit contrived Pretty bland and by the numbers! It’s like Miss Congeniality but without the good ending
- Jamie Talbot30. Juni 2025Enjoyed this film a lot. Not a fan of wrestling but the movie really engaged me throughout. I’m not sure how accurate the movie is to the real story but it was great to watch. I didn’t actually realise it was Stephan Merchant who directed until writing this review. I enjoyed his appearance in the film and the dinner scene was brilliantly executed. Pugh played her role amazingly, great acting although I felt her accent was a bit all over the place throughout.
