Regie Edson Lemos AkatoyElisabete was born in Mexico, but spent her childhood with her parents on the idyllic beach of Tabatinga, in northeastern Brazil. Far from contact with other children, Daniela was her only friend. Due to a mysterious trauma, Elisabete abandons her home and never stays in one place again. A choice with obvious consequences, and at thirty, Elisabete longs for an identity. She does not feel comfortable in her own skin, a stranger in her own world. In search of an answer, Elisabete revisits her memories of that place, but times have changed and the expectation of a reunion with her old confidante may bring with it some disappointments.
