Easter Sunday
Directed by R.H. BlessSet in Brooklyn, the film is narrated by 18 year old David, a high school student and aspiring artist, who along with friends sets off on a Easter hang out in Coney Island. After a night of fun, the outing takes an unexpected and dramatic turn when the guys find themselves caught up in the midst of a subway shooting with tragic results. Based on a true life event, the film centers on the plague of guns and youth violence in the city's urban neighborhoods, where African American and Hispanic male lives take the greatest toll.
