Duel Ratings & Reviews
- Walter Jospeh KovacsOctober 19, 2025Superb movie - really maintains suspense throughout. At times you start questioning whether all of this is just simply in the guy's head or not. You really feel his delirium and the camera work is brilliant. Wow. Even though this movie is half a century old, things really weren't that different so it holds up. What's also the same is that fear we get when we think we're something or someone's prey and this film really plays on that: It is intense throughout. Other similar movies apparently are: The Hitcher (86), Breakdown (97), Joy Ride (01), Overtake (23) and The Car (77) so I may take a look at some of those as well.
