Než se stal Drákulou, byl Vladem III., vládcem malé zemičky jménem Transylvánie, která se krčila ve stínu mocné osmanské říše. Dobře věděl, že jakýkoli odpor proti silnému sousedovi by znamenal jeho konec. Když ho však sultán „požádá", aby mu poslal tisíc chlapců včetně jeho vlastního syna coby čerstvé rekruty do armády, rozhodne se neuposlechnout. Aby porazil zlo a odvrátil nevyhnutelné, spojí se se zlem mnohem větším. Stane se Drákulou. Nezničitelným démonem, který je schopný porážet obrovská vojska, ale který zároveň ztrácí ty, jež svým zoufalým aktem zachránil. Své nejbližší.

- Antonio30. května 2025Good film. Story was enjoyable. Cast was good and they performed well for the most part. Nothing to tear apart here. If you enjoy dracula/vampire movies, you may enjoy this one. If you haven't seen this yet, just remember before watching that this isn't intended to be a mega blockbuster, but an enjoyable film to watch. I've seen this many times and I never get tired of watching it from start to finish. Luke Evans did a good job and I always enjoy Dominic Cooper anywhere. They tell enough of a story in regards to some history behind dracula, but push enough of a meaning behind the choices made. As you can see in the other reviews from RT, the nonsense continues with ridiculous reviewers trying to sound important, intelligent and as if they know everything about everything. You don't know much except how to be irritating. Enjoy my fellow movie fans :) And if you don't, hopefully you can find something that will suit your needs for a Drac film

- SydemyJ8. ledna 2026Untold is an apt description. The movie is a comic book hero style telling of the real story of Vlad the impaler. It comes impressively close to true history. An enjoyable film!
- Ratan Phamber8. února 2026This film is simple and clichéd, but unless you hate those things it doesn't have to be a bad thing. A classic story with awesome visuals and a Castlevania Lords of Shadow feel to it. There's something nice about it that keeps me coming back to watch it.

- Hakihiko12. března 2025Simply Entertaining "Dracula Untold" is not a perfect film. It's not historically accurate, nor is it particularly logical-but honestly, who cares? It delivers exactly what it sets out to: a dark, visually striking, and action-packed origin story of one of the most iconic characters in horror history. Luke Evans carries the film with a commanding presence, portraying Vlad the Impaler as a noble warrior torn between his humanity and the monstrous power he embraces. While the script doesn't always dive deep into character complexity, Evans' performance makes Vlad a compelling protagonist to follow. The action sequences are some of the film's strongest points, with stylish choreography and impressive visual effects. The transformation scenes and supernatural battles might not be groundbreaking, but they are undeniably fun to watch. The film also benefits from a rich, gothic atmosphere, supported by strong cinematography and a moody score that enhances its dark fantasy appeal. Of course, "Dracula Untold" has its flaws. The story takes some leaps in logic, and historical accuracy is thrown out the window in favor of spectacle. The supporting characters feel underdeveloped, and some moments could have been fleshed out better. However, for what it is-a fast-paced, visually engaging vampire action film-it succeeds in being entertaining from start to finish. If you're looking for a deep, lore-accurate Dracula story, this might not be it. But if you're in the mood for an enjoyable, dark fantasy adventure with a strong lead and some great action, "Dracula Untold" delivers.
