Two stoner brothers go to a medical marijuana facility hoping to score a medical marijuana card which they believe will be their ticket to easy access to cannabis and a good time. However their debauched plans get thrown for a loop once they thoroughly piss off Dr. 420, the ultra-strict and bizarre-acting cannabis clinician on call there.
