- wonderrxjrNovember 9, 2025The best part of this movie is that it made "ESPN 8 - The Ocho" a real thing that's always on ESPNEWS. I liked watching this cause it's so hilarious seeing Ben Stiller go from doing shit like this to directing Severance. Cast was great, movie was funny. Loved seeing Stephen Root cause I love him as Jimmy James and I do think that Jimmy James would participate in something like this
- MetroidTalonAugust 22, 2025Stupid in all the right ways, Dodgeball takes a paper-thin premise and turns it into a quotable, endlessly rewatchable comedy. Vince Vaughn plays it straight just enough to anchor the chaos, while Ben Stiller goes full cartoon villain with glorious results. The jokes are rapid, the cameos hit hard, and the movie knows exactly how ridiculous it is from the first whistle to the final throw. A sports parody that dodges expectations by embracing every single one.
