The time has finally come: Chief Physician Dr. Daniel Guth proposes to Miriam and also decides to invest in the Alpenklinik. The happiness of the two seems perfect when dark clouds gather: Impressed by her professional skills, Daniel hires the competent Linda Singer, who has applied for the vacant senior doctor position in the Alpenklinik.
