Theo Freund (Gerhardt) cheats his way through life. When he gets caught, his brother Wolfgang (Thomas Heinze), a lawyer, bails him out. But this time Theo really screws up: he unsuspectingly steals the loot and the getaway car of three bank robbers (including Axel Stein) - and thus unintentionally lands Wolfgang in jail. To straighten things out, Theo sneaks into the police station in drag as the new colleague of the investigating policewoman Anne (Ellenie Salvo González)...
